Refunds for conference registration
No refunds will be payable after 5 June 2026. Any refunds requested before that date will incur a $100 administration fee. Registration may be transferred to a different person.

How do I register my partner?
To register your partner and ensure they get the best rate, you will need to ensure they are linked to your organisation when registering them.
1. Click 'Register Someone Else'
2. Search the current members attached to your organisation.
3. If your partner is not found, you can add them by choosing 'Add a new contact'.
4. In the pop up, add your partner's details, and ensure that you use the organisation field to link them to your business.
5. Click 'Save & Close'.
6. Continue their registration as normal.
