The Buteline Plumbing System is designed for hot and cold water reticulation using Polybutene-1 (PB-1) pipe and one-piece fittings, using Buteline's efficient clamping technique.

Buteline Fittings

Buteline fittings are of a one-piece design for quicker, more economical and fuss-free installation compared to other available systems.

The fittings are strong, durable and maintenance-free, while also being light and slim. Once jointed with Buteline pipe, a technically superior joint is formed and the polymer fittings allow for a potential cost-saving of up to 45% compared to their traditional brass alternatives!

Buteline fittings are available in 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 28mm.

Buteline Pipe

Buteline Polybutene-1 (PB-1) pipe is flexible, tough and non-corrosive. It is approved for both hot and cold potable water service use, and complies with the AS/NZS 4020 Food Grade Standard.

Available in 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 28mm sizes, Buteline pipe is available as 5m straight lengths or in a variety of coil lengths (10m, 25m, 50m, 100m, 150m, 200m).

Recycled Water pipe (in lilac colour) is also available.

Buteline Clamp Tools

Buteline clamp tools ensure a controlled and accurate joint every time, with the heads permitting easy access and alignment.

Available in 4 sizes to suit 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 28mm Buteline fittings, Buteline clamp tools come in the QuikClamp style (for 12mm & 15mm), the standard FR style (for 15mm, 20mm & 28mm) and the ProClamp style (for 15mm & 20mm).

A small battery-operated clamp tool is also available, complete with charger and spare battery, with separate 15mm, 20mm and 28mm jaws.
